What is the AI interview / Referral Opportunity?+

When a recruiter opens a Referral Opportunity for a role, you complete a short AI interview with Iris, right in your browser. This is how RoleIQ vouches for you: no human colleague is personally referring you, but the recruiter reviews your scorecard, transcript and recording, and shortlists based on how you actually interview.

Does someone see my name?+
