RoleIQ helps people prove what they can actually do, and get referred for it. A CV is just "trust me." We turn skills into evidence a recruiter can rely on, then make the warm introduction. It is free for candidates.
Take the IQ test. If your score tops the standing leader at the moment you submit, you win a reward, paid after we verify the run, usually within ten minutes. No purchase, no deposit, nothing to pay, ever. Runs are graded server-side and checked for cheating; only clean runs win. Prizes are sponsored by our partners (SwitchiT Network, YEA India, Findmylawyer.today). Full rules are on the Terms page.
This is a real commitment, not a hook. When you top the leaderboard, we pay the reward and log the transaction reference. If you ever need proof of a payout, our Grievance Officer can provide it.
Why a cash prize at all? Most startups hand that money to an ad network for a click. We would rather put it directly in the pocket of a person who earned it. Paying real people who deserve it, instead of paying for advertising, is a deliberate choice about how we grow.

We use your Google sign-in for identity, nothing more. We never post on your behalf, never sell your data, and never spam. Your CV and contact details stay private until you choose to share them with a recruiter. See our Privacy Policy.
